This school year, Bishop Kelly has a new procedure for BK Parents. It is an important consent form related to counseling services at Bishop Kelly High School, in accordance with Idaho Senate Bill 1329.

BK Counseling Services Consent Requirement:

• Academic Counseling: Supports students with course selection, college admissions, and academic performance. Parental consent is not required for academic counseling under SB1329.

• Emotional and Mental Health Counseling: Assists students with stress, anxiety, and other mental health concerns. Parental consent is required for these services under SB1329.
