Dear Bishop Kelly Families,

We are pleased to share the maintenance and construction projects happening on our campus this summer. Our commitment to maintaining excellent facilities for our students and staff is ongoing, and this summer, we have several key improvements underway. Here's what you can expect:



• Deep Cleaning: Our annual deep cleaning of classrooms, hallways, and common areas, including the cafeteria, the Carley Center, and the Reg, is in progress. We are ensuring every corner of our campus is spotless and ready for the new school year.

• Carley Center HVAC Upgrade – Phase Two: The final phase of the HVAC replacement project in the Carley Center is complete. With the installation of the last three units, we look forward to providing a cooler, more comfortable environment in August and September.

• Parking Lot Refresh – Phase Two: Following the successful resurfacing of the front parking lot last year, we are now repairing and resurfacing the parking lot between the school, Carley Center, and the stadium. That part of the parking lot will be inaccessible from July 15th to 26th. Next summer, we will finish with the parking lot east of the Carley Center.

• Track Resurfacing: Our track is being resurfaced to ensure a safe and smooth experience for our athletes and PE classes.

• Tennis Courts Transformation: The old tennis courts behind the stadium bleachers are being converted into a new all-weather rubberized track surface. This area will serve PE classes and serve as a high jump arena during track and field season.

• Classroom Furniture Refresh: We continue to update our classroom furniture, adding new student desks for two classrooms this summer.

• Faculty Laptop Refresh: We are conducting our once-every-four-years laptop refresh for faculty to ensure and enable their productivity. The returned laptops will be added to our student loaner pool, supporting our students' technology needs.

We are dedicated to reinvesting in our facilities to ensure Bishop Kelly remains a top-notch environment for education and growth. These projects are part of our ongoing efforts to enhance our campus and provide the best possible experience for our students, staff, and families.
