To support ASPR’s Hospital Preparedness Program’s whole-of-community endeavor to connect health care entities at the local, state, regional, and national levels, the FY 2024-2028 Hospital Preparedness Program Cooperative Agreement Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO) requires health care coalitions (HCCs) to advance key capabilities by performing core functions (e.g., specialty care planning and coordination). As part of the cooperative agreement with ASPR, HCCs are tasked with creating/updating existing materials to complete activities listed in the NOFO.

Please send your plans, tools, and templates to askasprtracie@hhs.gov for us to review for inclusion on our Health Care Coalitions Resource Page. If chosen, we will follow up with a request for your consent to post your resources in our library.
