Just a Reminder!
October 4 is close, and we are getting ready to welcome you to the campus. Our presenters are polishing their pieces. The Forum group and Women's Choir are getting warmed up. The proposed project list is prepared. And the gavel is out of the box!
Reminders:
- We will be collecting for the MLC Food Shelf. Here's a link if you'd like ideas of what to bring. MLC Food Bank – Ladies' Auxiliary
- We will not be providing daycare unless you contact us.
- Enter from Summit Avenue and park in the Chapel/Cafeteria lot.
- Food drop-off is in the corner of the Chapel lot.
- Registration starts at 8:00 outside the auditorium, with the meeting starting at 9:00.
Important Discussion: We will be discussing a potential name change to simply "MLC Auxiliary." The board will also present the long-awaited new constitution and bylaws that we hope to ratify.
We ask that you prayerfully consider this change and be ready to discuss and vote on it at our meeting.
These are exciting changes, and we want you to be involved!
Continuing Communication: We want to hear from you even when you aren't here! We know not everyone can attend in person, so after the meeting, we'll send you updates and invite you to share your thoughts and suggestions through an upcoming form.
We hope to see as many of you as possible on October 4.
