Interior Concepts has partnered with Atapco Properties on this second phase of a mixed-use, luxury apartment development in Elkridge, MD. The two-building project features 329 apartments and 10,000 SF of retail. It is a pet-friendly community, with a landscape package designed to provide four-season interest to include a pool with a lounge deck, outdoor fire pit, walking paths, a car wash and a 24-hour fitness center.
