This is my all-natural remedy for the common cold, the flu, bronchitis and more. It is my most requested recipe.


THE CCFB!

(COUGH, COLD & FLU BOMB)
All-natural cough, cold & flu remedy

INGREDIENTS:
1 cup hot Echinacea or Ginger Tea
1 whole lemon (the juice of)
1 tsp. (Bragg’s) Apple Cider Vinegar
1⁄4 tsp. Cayenne pepper
1-2 cloves of garlic minced
2 T raw honey
1 T grated ginger
1⁄4 tsp. turmeric (ground or powdered)
1⁄4 tsp. black pepper

INSTRUCTIONS:
Brew Echinacea or Ginger Tea. Let it cool slightly. Pour into a jelly jar.
Squeeze the juice of one lemon into the jar. Add the remaining ingredients. Cover the jar and shake until well blended. Drink 2 or 3 times per day.

HEALTH BENEFITS:

ECHINACEA TEA = immune boosting, anti-inflammatory, antioxidant and anti-viral. Can shorten the duration of cold and flu symptoms.

LEMON JUICE = loaded with Vitamin C. An antioxidant that is antiviral and antibacterial and boosts the immune system.

CAYENNE PEPPER = Highly anti-inflammatory. Can help reduce congestion by stimulating the sinuses and mucous membranes.

APPLE CIDER VINEGAR = Contains the nutrient potassium, Vitamins C and E, antioxidants and probiotics that will enhance your immune system. The acid will help thin out the mucous in your throat.

GARLIC = Antioxidant, antiviral and antibacterial. Acts as an expectorant and a decongestant.

HONEY = Acts as a cough suppressant in addition to being antibacterial and antimicrobial.

GINGER = Reduces inflammation and soothes the gut.

TURMERIC = Antiviral, anti-inflammatory, and antimicrobial.
