Rising K - 8th Families Can Still Apply for the Education Freedom Scholarship!
Due to recent inclement weather and its impact across the state, the department is extending the Education Freedom Scholarship 2026-2027 application window to next Fri., Feb. 6 at 5 p.m. EST.
We encourage families of rising K and above to take advantage of this opportunity to possibly save thousands of dollars on private school tuition!
Tennessee's Educational Freedom Scholarship
(This is different than the Educational Savings Account program with limited income thresholds.)

To do before Feb. 6! Gather the necessary documents that are listed in the EFS CHECKLIST and have them ready to upload.
