Reporting Attendance

  • Attendance includes late arrivals, early dismissals, and any absence.
  • Submit a separate form for each student and each day absent.
  • Concordia-related events don’t require a form.
  • When picking up a Middle or High School student for an appointment, etc., you must call the front office for your student to be released from the building.

Lost & Found (K–12)

Lost & Found items will be displayed in the main corridor from September 15–19. Small items such as jewelry, chargers, and similar belongings are kept in the main office.

Any items not claimed by 12:00 pm on Friday, September 19, will be donated. As a reminder, the Lost & Found cabinets in the Commons and just inside the Elementary wing, along with the small items in the main office, are always available for students to check.

It’s Quiz Bowl Time! (6–12)

Quiz Bowl is open to all Middle School and High School students. Teams will meet every Wednesday during their respective lunch periods.



There is an interest meeting on Tuesday, September 16, during lunch, in Mr. Nic Love’s classroom (314). At the meeting, students will be introduced to Coach Bill Deardoff and learn more about what Quiz Bowl is all about.

Middle School Musical Announcement (6–8)

This year’s Middle School Musical will be Anything Goes (Youth Edition). Auditions will take place on September 14 from 12-3 in the Band Room. Rehearsals will begin on September 22. Performances are scheduled for November 7 and 8 in the Griffith Center. We’re excited to welcome back directors Ethan & Taylor Domsch, who can’t wait to get started on this hilarious production!

Boys Golf (9–12)

High school boys interested in golf are invited to get connected with Coach Sturm anytime before or after school through September 26 in Middle School Room 412. Stop by to meet Coach Sturm, get set up on the SportsYou app, and pick up your Skills Punch Card.

Senior Portraits (Grade 12)

Guidelines & Requirements:

  • Portrait needs to be a headshot
  • Face should be unobstructed
  • Background should be distraction-free
  • Avoid over-the-shoulder shots
  • Images must be yearbook appropriate & reflect Concordia’s mission & values

Moms in Prayer

Last week at Moms in Prayer, we prayed to God who is our PORTION.


  • Scripture readings were from Deuteronomy 32:9; Psalm 73:26; Psalm 119:57-58; Psalm 142:5; Matthew 6:33.
  • We prayed for each Academy 2nd and 8th grade student by name.
  • We prayed for staff members: Mrs. Jenny Carlson, Academy 3rd Grade Teacher, Mr. Jeff Clark, Head of Maintenance, Mrs. Danielle Cornell, School Nurse, and Mrs. Shelley Dartmann, Academy Kindergarten Teacher.

Centered Youth Night – October 11

The next Centered Youth Night will take place on Saturday, October 11 at Concordia. All high school students in Omaha and the surrounding area are invited! This event is free and will include games, snacks, music, and a message.

Craft Fair – November 15

Vendor applications are now open for the Concordia Lutheran Schools of Omaha Craft Fair! Booths are $50, and the event typically draws 300+ shoppers. Proceeds support students attending mission trips. Please share with friends and family—apply today!
