Reporting Attendance
- Attendance includes late arrivals, early dismissals, and any absence.
- Submit a separate form for each student and each day absent.
- Concordia-related events don’t require a form.
- When picking up a Middle or High School student for an appointment, etc., you must call the front office for your student to be released from the building.

’24–’25 Honor Roll Certificates (Grades 6–12)
Certificates for students who earned 2024–2025 Honor Roll distinction are available for pickup in the Main Office during school hours. Both students and parents may collect them.
Please claim certificates by Wednesday, October 1; unclaimed certificates will be added to students’ cumulative files.

Varsity Football vs. Logan View – September 26
Important details for those attending the game:
Location: Logan View High School, 2163 County Road G, Hooper, NE 68131
All vehicles should enter through the main gate (Gate E) on the northwest side of campus. Please do not park in the main entryway, driveway, or along County Road G to keep these areas clear for emergency access and traffic flow.
Visiting spectators will be seated on the north side of the stadium. Seating is first-come, first-served, and young children are to remain seated with their parents for safety.

School Picture Retakes (K–12) – Monday, October 6
All students need to have a school picture taken for our student information system (FACTS). Ordering prints is optional.

Grades 6–12: Use your student’s 5-digit ID as the online code when ordering online (Student numbers are printed above the barcode on Student ID cards).
Picture Retake Instructions:

First-time takers: If this is your student’s first picture session, no action is required.

All students: Please return the original picture package if you want a retake. K–5 pictures have not yet been distributed.
- For students who did not previously order:
- If you reviewed your pictures online, but didn't order, and would like a retake, submit a $5 cash payment in an envelope. Be sure to include your student’s name on the envelope.
- Return the completed order envelope along with the $5 payment to the school office.

Benjamin Project + Growing Giving Hearts

Concordia Club (K– 8) – October 15
October 15 is a testing day for grades 9–12, and all students will have a half-day of school. Families who plan to use Concordia Club in the afternoon will have the option to sign up for a Westside sack lunch.
All K–8 families must complete this form by October 10, even if you will not be using Concordia Club: Concordia Club Sign-Up Form
When completing the form, please indicate:
- Whether or not your child will attend Concordia Club.
- If your child will attend, choose one lunch option:
- Bring a sack lunch from home
- Order a sack lunch from Westside (billed through FACTS; must be ordered ahead of time)

Moms in Prayer
Last week at Moms in Prayer, we prayed to God our SHIELD.
- Scripture readings were from 2 Samuel 22:1-3; Psalm 84:11; and Proverbs 2:7-8
- We prayed for each Academy 4th and High School 10th grade student.
- We prayed for staff members: Ms. Juana Dejesus, Maintenance, Mr. Nathan Domsch, Head of Education, Mr. Mike Ellis, High School Science Teacher, and Mrs. Jodi Fegley, Elementary Aide.
We invite you to join us in the conference room on Friday mornings at 8:15 am. Please note that there will be no meeting on October 10 due to a school holiday.
