Message from the Mayor
As everyone knows, the cost of doing business and providing quality service is increasing with the high rate of inflation. This has been taken into consideration by Town Council and Staff when preparing the operating budget for the Town of Kensington for the 2022/23 fiscal year. As such, Council and Staff wanted to continue to provide the level of service expected by our residents and visitors, and yet maintain the property tax rate. I am pleased to report that the Property Tax Rate for the Town of Kensington will remain the same as it has been for many years now at $0.55 per $100 assessment for non-commercial and $1.30 per $100 assessment for commercial.

Rowan Caseley – Mayor
