2025 Narrative Workshop

KASF recently launched its Narrative Series, a three-part workshop designed to help students and professionals in the Korean American community strengthen their personal statements for College, Graduate School, and job applications. The series was led by Angelina Jenkins (University of Maryland / UMBC Mosaic Center), Chaeyeon Park (KASF WRC Intern, USC Doctoral Fellow), and Jennie Shin (KASF Program Committee Chair, Communications Specialist), who guided participants through discovering their personal stories, building strong first drafts, and editing for polish and professionalism. This initiative reflects KASF’s commitment to empowering our community by equipping individuals with the tools to share their journeys with confidence and authenticity.
