2024 KASF Awards Ceremonies

The Korean American Scholarship Foundation (KASF) has had another successful year awarding scholarships to our incredible students!

This year, we raised the scholarship to $2,500. In total, we awarded more than $830,000 to roughly 370 students, nationwide.

Congratulations to the recipients from each region, and thank you to all the supporters and volunteers of KASF who make this possible every year.

Presidential Award to Jay Lee, Chairperson

Since 2007, the Korean government has celebrated World Korean Day to honor overseas Koreans, fostering pride in their heritage and identity. The awards recognize individuals who protect the rights and advance the interests of Korean communities abroad.

On October 30, KASF Chairperson Ms. Jay Lee received a Presidential Award for her contributions to the Korean community in the U.S.

Congratulations!

2024 KASF Internship Program

This marks the second year of the KASF Internship Program, featuring former KASF scholarship recipients selected from each regional chapter.

During their internship, the interns gained valuable insight into the operations of a nonprofit organization. They promoted KASF scholarships, created potential donor lists, and assisted in preparing for the awards ceremonies.

Thank you, interns, for your hard work! We look forward to supporting you on your continued journey.
