The Cass County Coalition of Chambers and the Cass County Corporation for Economic Development, in an effort to help Cass County businesses grow, is bringing Kauffman Fasttrac to Cass County. The Cass County Coalition of Chambers has acquired the number one trainer in the country according to SBA records, Mark Allen of WRS Solutions, to teach Fasttrac Growth Venture, a nationally recognized course, to as many as 25 Cass County businesses. To be eligible, a business has to be a member in good standing of the Belton, Raymore, Peculiar, Pleasant Hill or Harrisonville Chamber. To effectively utilize the course work, the successful applicant should have revenues of about a hundred thousand to about two million. The cost is $995 for the ten week course starting in September, but there are partial scholarships available from the Cass County Coalition of Chambers, the Cass County Corporation for Economic Development and WRS Solutions.
