JEFF SCHMIDT'S SALES TIP OF THE WEEK
HOW DO I GET MY SELLERS TO BELIEVE?
| |
Last week we had a conversation with a manager who was concerned about how to get his digital sellers to believe in radio and his radio sellers to believe in digital. Sound familiar?
Belief building is perhaps the greatest gift managers can give to their sellers. A belief in themselves and their skill set, a belief in the platforms they represent and a belief in the power of advertising and marketing.
On this Monday when we share the resources of RAB, we can think of no better belief-building tool than our most recent Sizzle Reel. I would recommend this 5-minute video be shown at the beginning of most sales meetings and used to onboard new sellers.
You’ll notice some high-powered names in this video talking about the value of radio in an integrated world. Broadcasters, advertisers, and organizations that represent advertisers. If you haven’t seen it, or even if you have, will you take 5 minutes this Monday morning? I promise it will make you have a better week and make you feel fantastic about the work you do. We even make it easy for you to download and share.
Enjoy,
