Robyn primarily focuses her practice in Employment Practice Litigation, providing thorough representation in matters involving workplace disputes and employment policies. She defends employers in a broad range of claims in both federal and state courts, including cases involving discrimination, sexual harassment, wrongful termination, retaliation, wage and hour disputes, employment contracts and non-compete agreements.
As a seasoned litigator, Robyn has a strong track record of achieving excellent outcomes for her clients, in court, and before administrative agencies such as the United States Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, National Labor Relations Board, New York State Division of Human Rights and New Jersey Division on Civil Rights. Having practiced law in New Jersey and New York for over 20 years, Robyn is well-versed in New Jersey and New York employment litigation, with a deep understanding of the laws and legal landscapes in both jurisdictions.
