Meet Alfonso Flores, affectionately known as “Poncho,” a valued member of our Greenhouse Construction team. From the moment he joined KBW, it was evident that he was destined to be a part of our family. Poncho's journey to join came to fruition from his brother, who warmly recommended him for the job, trusting that KBW would be the perfect fit. Poncho's life outside work is filled with fascinating facts that only add to his endearing personality. From owning a horse on his ranch, to enjoying his time with his family, to providing yardwork services, he cherishes the close-knit bonds of his nine siblings and the lasting love he shares with his wife of 36 years. With his children and grandchildren as his pride and joy, Poncho's life is a tapestry of love and joy. We are incredibly grateful to have Poncho as part of our team, as his kind spirit and dedication enrich our work environment and brighten our days.
