We’re thrilled to share an update from one of our flagship projects: Timberline Fire Station 3, now officially under construction.
This new facility represents more than just concrete and steel — it embodies safety, community strength, and readiness for the future. Designed with first responders in mind, the station will feature efficient drive-through bays, functional living quarters, and durable systems built to stand up to Colorado’s toughest conditions.
Beyond the walls, this project is about impact — giving the Timberline community faster response times, enhanced protection, and the peace of mind that help is always close by.

We’re excited to spotlight Club Car Wash’s growing presence in Colorado Springs, including their new location at 301 E. Fillmore St. — bringing even more access to quality car wash services across the city.
This expansion comes on the heels of Club Car Wash’s recent acquisition of three Express Car Wash locations in the area, reinforcing their commitment to serve the community with top-tier wash systems and membership options.
At KCI, it’s inspiring to see companies grow thoughtfully — investing in infrastructure, service, and community. We look forward to watching Club Car Wash continue to make a splash in Colorado Springs.

We’re excited to share that the Fossil Creek & Stanton Creek Stream Rehabilitation Project is officially underway — a bold step toward restoring natural harmony, improving water quality, and strengthening our watershed for the future.
This project is not your typical stream repair. We're working to address the impacts of historic agricultural flows, reconfigure creek channels, restore native vegetation, reinforce banks, and improve resiliency against erosion and flood events.
We’re honored to work alongside Fort Collins’ Utilities, Parks, Natural Areas, Transportation, and local stakeholders to bring this vision to life.

Together, We Build Hope.
We’re excited to share updates on an inspiring community project in Broomfield, Colorado — the Lutheran Church of Hope New Worship Center and Renovated Narthex!
This transformative project includes the demolition of the existing worship center, construction of a new 7,000-square-foot facility, and a 3,100-square-foot renovation of the Narthex. The design focuses on creating a welcoming, functional space that reflects the church’s mission of faith, fellowship, and service.
With new stormwater management systems, site regrading, and improved parking, the project goes beyond aesthetics — it’s about sustainability, accessibility, and preparing the campus for future generations.
We’re honored to be part of this journey alongside Integration Design Group and the dedicated leadership team at Lutheran Church of Hope. Together, we’re building more than walls — we’re building a space for worship, connection, and community growth.

Last week, Shaun Senesac, Executive Director of Preconstruction, and Jamie Davis, Director of Business Development, spent three incredible days at the Colorado Housing Conference — diving deep into the issues, innovations, and opportunities shaping housing across our state.
From exploring creative financing strategies and construction solutions to addressing workforce challenges and affordable housing needs, the conference was packed with powerful discussions and insights.
More importantly, it was a chance to listen, learn, and connect with others who share our passion for building strong, sustainable communities. KCI’s own Jamie Davis, recently had the privilege of speaking to the 5th graders at McGraw Elementary about philanthropy and the importance of giving back to our community.
