Our mission is to reduce and/or eliminate barriers to screening, diagnosis, and treatment of cancer.
#UNTIL there is a cure for cancer,
Kentuckians need help TODAY!
During COVID-19, our ability to help with routine cancer screenings has been limited due to precautions being taken by our partners. We can, however, continue to help with urgent needs.

We have continued with Patient Services. While our on-site Patient Services Room remains closed to the public, we are able to mail items as needed. We also continue to work with partners to provide financial assistance for transportation to cancer-related appointments.

Stay tuned as Kentucky implements "Health At Work" initiatives.
Patient Services may include:
  • Cancer Screenings*
  • Transportation*
  • Financial Assistance Referral
  • Smoking Cessation Information
  • Insurance Issues
  • Mastectomy Supplies
  • Wigs
  • Lymphedema Items*
  • Support Group Referral
  • Clinical Trial Referral

* Call the Kentucky CancerLink office
(859-309-1700) or visit our website, www.kycancerlink.org for information on eligibility guidelines/available funding.

In the News . . .
Kentucky CancerLink was recently published in MD-Update Magazine discussing the importance of colon cancer screening and a program that is available through Kentucky CancerLink in partnership with the Kentucky Department of Public Health and the Kentucky Colon Cancer Screening Program. Article was co-written by Melissa Karrer, KCL Assistant Director and Tammy Kossatz, KCL Public Relations Director.

If you are age 45-75 and have not received a colonoscopy in the last 5 years, you are eligible to receive a FREE At-Home Colon Screening FIT Kit (OC-Light).

Call Kentucky CancerLink for more information!

This does NOT replace a colonoscopy, but it is an additional form of screening that can be done yearly.
We are proud to partner with the Kentucky Women's Cancer Screening Program to provide support to those in need of mammograms and/or cervical screening. We can help with out-of-pocket costs,
transportation cost, and also guide to enrollment in the
Breast and Cervical Treatment Program , should there be a diagnosis.
We partner with CHI Saint Joseph Hospital Foundation to navigate ladies to free mammography!

Need a mammogram? Call Kentucky CancerLink! Financial guidelines apply.
