SMALL BUSINESS LEADERS RECIPIENTS:
Bonnie S. Kaye: KCOM-PR Founder, President and Chief Strategist
Jon A. Kaye: KCOM-PR Chief Operating Officer and Chief Marketing Officer
Jon and Bonnie Kaye are at the helm of Kaye Communications PR & Marketing, an award-winning integrated branding and communications firm based in Boca Raton. Celebrating 25+ years of making indelible client and community impacts and imprints, the Kayes provide “seriously strategic” communications counsel, develop original content, and activate multi-audience initiatives and campaigns for B2B, consumer and nonprofit brands. With expertise in public/private partnerships, they provide “think tank” insights, ideation, media relations, and event production to create news-generating opportunities and amplify brand awareness, media/influencer storytelling, and impactful community relations.
From the start, their mission has been to provide unparalleled counsel, branding, marketing, community relations, and media relations services to their clients. The Kayes trailblazed public/private partnerships as KCOM-PR’s core pillar set back in the '90s... long before community engagement and corporate social responsibility were considered “best practices.”
Known as a “561 Authority,” the Kayes are trusted advisors and consummate community “connecteurs.” Their talents have been tapped by such iconic assets as the City of Boca Raton/Downtown Boca CRA; Boca Raton Resort & Club/The Boca Raton; Town Center at Boca Raton; Royal Palm Place; RoofClaim.com Boca Raton Bowl/ESPN; Promise Healthcare (21 specialty hospitals); Boca Raton Innovation Campus (BRiC); The Park at Broken Sound; Broken Sound Club; Lesser, Lesser, Landy & Smith; Boca Lago Golf & Country Club; Bridge Hotel/Waterstone Resort & Marina; Sklar Furnishings; Capitol Lighting; Penn Florida; Oceans 234; Habitat for Humanity SPBC; Tri County Animal Rescue; YMCA of SPBC, and Boca Raton’s Promise. They conceived and co-chaired the FAU White Coats-4-Care fundraiser for 13 years and the recent “Concert-4-Kindness” at FAU, and have produced seven annual Boca Raton Mayors Balls.
The Kayes have been presented with nine Bernays Awards, the “Oscars” for the South Florida Public Relations industry for PR Excellence; named Community Heroes in Healthcare by the Palm Beach Medical Society, and received the FAU Trustees Service Award for their community influence on behalf of its College of Medicine. Bonnie has served on the boards of Boca Chamber, FAU Foundation, FAU College of Arts & Letters, Levis JCC, Florence Fuller Child Development Centers, and is on the executive committee of RoofClaim.com Boca Raton Bowl.
