Just a friendly reminder to join us on Friday, May 24th, from 11:00 am to 12:00 pm at KC Shepherd's Center's Adventures in Learning for a special Adventures in Advocacy session about healthcare policy.

Our guest speaker will be Pattie Mansur, Director of Health Policy at the Reach Healthcare Foundation, who will present information about policies that promote equity and access in our healthcare system. She will discuss the Foundation's state policy priorities, including Medicaid expansion, expanded use of telehealth for rural and underserved populations, and budget and tax policies that ensure funding for essential health and social services.

The presentation will be followed by a facilitated discussion about KCSC advocacy priorities for the coming year.
