Youth Department |
For the most up to date information about KCT Youth, click here. Due to our desire to provide quality educational programming in groups, the group age has now been raised to 30 months. Children under the age of 30 months are invited to participate in tot shabbat at 10:50 in the mom and tot room. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Additionally, parents are asked to pick up their children from groups at the end of davening, children will no longer be brought back into shul at the end. If you have any questions, concerns or suggestions, please feel free to email us at Youth@skokieshul.org. We look forward to your feedback and as always, Torah fun... KCT style! Please be considerate and do not send any child that is sick or not feeling well to the groups. We have a wait 24 hours after fever policy and ask everyone to respect this rule for the well being of the kids and staff. To ensure the safety of our children during shul, it is shul policy that children up to 5th grade must be in shul with a parent or in their appropriate groups classroom. Children not in groups are the sole responsibility of their parents. It is our expectation that parents ensure their children are supervised and behaving with decorum due a shul. Children up to 5th grade may not play by themselves in shul or on the shul grounds which includes our parking lot, front and rear halls. Parents must accompany their children to and from groups and may not be sent ahead alone. Thank you!
