The grant from the U.S. Department of Agriculture’s National Animal Disease Preparedness and Response Program "will allow our state to develop a biosecurity and emergency plan that focuses on foreign critical animal diseases,” Kentucky Agriculture Commissioner Dr. Ryan Quarles said.
