The KDIGO Executive Committee convened in Vienna from March 19-20, the first of two annual meetings. During the meeting, Executive Committee members discussed organizational priorities, future topics for guidelines and Controversies Conferences, and voted on key business matters and policies.
This year, KDIGO was honored and delighted to welcome new KDIGO Executive Committee members, Sunita Bavanandan (Malaysia), Michelle Denburg (United States), Michelle O'Shaughnessy (Ireland), and Patrick Rossignol (Monaco).

KDIGO 2023 Lupus Nephritis Guideline Available for Public Review
|
|
KDIGO is updating the 2021 Clinical Practice Guideline for the Management of Glomerular Diseases on an ongoing, chapter-by-chapter basis. The KDIGO 2023 Clinical Practice Guideline for Lupus Nephritis is now available for public review. We invite you to review this guideline chapter update and share your candid comments and suggestions. Based on your input, KDIGO will prepare a final revised version for publication. We kindly request that you submit your feedback no later than Monday, March 27.

New episodes of the KDIGO Conversations in Nephrology Podcast are now available on all major podcast platforms! The recording is now available for the ISN-KDIGO webinar on the KDIGO Hepatitis C Guideline Update, moderated by Annette Bruchfeld, MD (Sweden), and featuring KDIGO Hepatitis C Guideline Co-Chairs, Michel Jadoul, MD (Belgium), and Paul Martin, MD (United States).
In this webinar, Dr. Jadoul and Dr. Martin address expanded treatment options with newer direct-acting antiviral agents (DAAs) for hepatitis C infection in patients with all stages of chronic kidney disease.
