Positive Messaging Campaign

The coalition is looking to develop a campaign in collaboration with inspirational adults in the community to help share mental health and substance prevention positive messaging. As we continue to discuss the campaign, we will soon begin a search to hire a local photographer for this project. Please share any local recommendations here. More details to come!

Step Up for Recovery - Participate or Volunteer!

Join PEER Services at the Step Up Walk for Recovery on Sunday, October 3 from 2-4 PM at the Evanston Ecology Center. We’ll come together (safely!) to celebrate recovery, reduce the stigma around addiction, and raise critical funds to support alcohol and drug treatment for low-income teens and adults. Enjoy light refreshments and activities for children and adults.

Interested in volunteering at the event? We are seeking responsible teens and adults, age 12 and older, to assist at the event! Volunteers attend for free and receive a free Step Up for Recovery 2021 t-shirt.
