Final Principal Meeting

Greetings!

I look forward to seeing many of you this Thursday at our last Principal Meeting of the year. Part of the day will focus on unpacking core AI literacy skills for our schools and students. This session will begin with an update from the Curriculum Committee that examined this topic this year, with Sam Procopio, principal at Bishop Blanchet High School, leading this workshop. We are blessed to have Sam leading this session, as he has presented nationally on this topic to principals and teachers, including this past fall at the NCEA’s School Building Leaders Summit in Austin, TX.

Before we meet, I’d encourage you to read the article above. You might also consider looking at the DELTA framework out of Notre Dame, referenced in the article, or watch this two-minute video.

A few reminders for this Thursday:

  • We are meeting at the Archbishop Brunett Retreat Center, in Federal Way. We are NOT meeting at St. Thomas in Tukwila.
  • We begin at 9:00am, with Archbishop Etienne joining us to celebrate Mass.
  • For a complete agenda, click here.
