Greetings!
I recognize these last weeks are full of energy, emotion, and important closure, for our students, our families, and for each of you. I am grateful for all you do to make the end of year feel meaningful and not just a finish line. As you celebrate graduations, cheer on field days (in rain or shine), and honor the traditions that close out the year, know of my prayers for each of you.

A few key administrative notes this week:
For all Level I archdiocesan school, if you have not already, please ensure that all of your new hires have received the link to register for the new employee orientation.
Summer schedules are busy so please be sure to communicate these dates to your new hires and ask them to register NOW. All new school employees should attend one of these sessions:
For all schools, the Spring Data Collection for the 2025-26 school year is now open. This collection is intended to secure information about our graduates and also various spring enrollment data. It is mandatory.
Please take a moment to complete the report.
If you have questions or problems related to OCS data collection, please contact Synthia Kaldi (synthiea.kaldi@seattlearch.org). We appreciate your work on this essential annual task.
With gratitude,
