Fresh Air: Interview Today with Former President Barack Obama
Former President Barack Obama still has faith in the American system. Even as his successor, Donald Trump, refuses to acknowledge defeat in the recent election, Obama maintains: "I don't believe democracy's broken." Hear his complete interview today on Fresh Air with Terry Gross, at 2 p.m and again at 7 p.m.

December Fundraiser: An Opportunity to Make 2020 Better
2020 has certainly been an unusual year. We’ve had to learn new ways of working, teaching, and doing just about everything. As hard as that's been, 2020 has introduced many more of our neighbors to food insecuritynot having enough to feed themselves and their children.

For our year-end fundraiser KGOU is again partnering with the Regional Food Bank of Oklahoma and new partners at residential builder Home Creations, to help those in need. For each of the first 500 donations made by Dec. 31, Home Creations will add another $20 for KGOU and $20 for the Regional Food Bank. That means an additional $10,000 to KGOU and $10,000—enough for 40,000 meals—to the Regional Food Bank of Oklahoma.

None of us knows what the new year will bring, but we can be confident that being accurately informed will always be essential—which means your support for KGOU is essential. Renew, rejoin, or give an additional gift in any amount. Thank you for your support!
