CMS issues ‘long overdue’ visitation guidelines for nursing homes
The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services excited the provider community and brought clarity to numerous aspects of restarting visits at nursing homes Wednesday.

Survey for Providers – Testing in Long Term Care
AHCA/NCAL is asking members to complete a   survey  on COVID-19 test availability and use in long term care settings (SNF, AL, ID/DD). Information from this survey will help AHCA/NCAL identify challenges and advocate for more availability and clearer guidance on how testing should be used and reimbursed on a national level. This survey is similar to one AHCA/NCAL asked members to complete in May, as continuing to monitor this rapidly changing situation is critical to our advocacy efforts.

We are asking members to complete the survey by  Monday, June 29 , and it should take only a few minutes to complete.
