Bronze Quality Award Scam


We want to make you aware of a scam that has recently come to our attention. An individual posing as a representative of AHCA is contacting the 2025 Bronze Quality Award recipients and attempting to solicit credit card information under false pretenses.

 

Scam Details:

  • Name Used: Carl
  • Phone Number: 888-729-1029
  • Claim: The caller states they are reaching out on behalf of AHCA and offers to sell a Bronze award plaque for $199.

 

Please be advised that Award Crafters is the vendor for the AHCA/NCAL Quality Award Program. They do not contact members by phone or request credit card information. Furthermore, AHCA/NCAL provides each Bronze recipient with an official award plaque, which will be mailed directly to them in the fall—no purchase or action is required.
