The 2024 Nursing Home Salary & Benefits Report, published by HCS and supported by AHCA, is now available. This year marks the 47^th annual year of publication. 914 nursing homes participated in the study and provided compensation data on 100,600+ employees. The discounted AHCA member rate is $325, versus the nonmember rate of $400. Members may order online at www.hhcsinc.com. HCS released a separate CCRC Salary & Benefits Report last month, as well as its Assisted Living Salary & Benefits Report earlier this year.
