Dear Kids Health First (KHF) Providers and Practice Administrators,

We have some important updates about payor updates, new programs, and upcoming events. There's a lot of information, and we want to keep you informed. Please read through this email carefully and let us know if you have any questions.

Important Updates

 September HR Compliance Reminders*

As we move into September, now is the time to review your Paid Time Off (PTO) policy with staff. Make sure everyone understands:

  • How unused PTO is handled
  • What happens if an employee has no PTO available
  • Procedures for requesting time off, especially around the holidays

Clear communication now helps prevent confusion later and ensures compliance with company policies.

For more details and additional compliance resources, access the full Compliance Calendar created by Kids Health First.
