Use Caution on Roadways During Kiawah Triathlon - Sunday, Sept. 18
|
The Kiawah Island Golf Resort Triathlon is a USAT sanctioned intermediate distance competition featuring a .7-mile swim, 25-mile bike and 6-mile run. This year's race is this Sunday, Sept. 18 and athletes will be competing on the island's roads and leisure trails.
Participants will be running on the leisure trail parallel to the Kiawah Island Parkway between Night Heron Park and the V-gate from approximately 8:55 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Kiawah Island Golf Resort asks that members avoid using the trail during this time.

CHARLESTON COUNTY AERIAL LARVICIDE NOTICE
Charleston County will be aerially inspecting and spraying standing water for aquatic stage mosquitoes throughout the County through Sept. 19. These operations will be conducted between the hours of
6 a.m. and 9 p.m.
