The Knowledge Impact Network Plastic in Humans Expert Group invites you to an awareness session developed for INC-5.2 Focal Points, the national representatives who will hopefully finalize an international treaty on plastic pollution at the upcoming resumed fifth session of the Intergovernmental Negotiating Committee from August 5-14, 2025 in Geneva, Switzerland.
Microplastics are infiltrating our bodies at alarming rates, posing urgent health risks including recent spikes in neurodevelopmental disorders, young adult cancer, heart attack, stroke and dementia diagnoses.
