The end of the year is fast approaching, and we know these times can be stressful! We want to take a moment to share a resource that can help you manage your workload.

Whether you're studying for finals, need help improving your productivity at work, or want to rethink how you do your work in your internship, the Pomodoro Method is a great way to break down your tasks into manageable bits! This method involves alternating between work sessions with short breaks to sustain concentration and stave off mental fatigue.

Here's the basics of how it works:

1. Set a Timer: Choose a task to work on and set a timer (traditionally 25 minutes) called a "Pomodoro.

2. Work on the Task: Focus solely on the task until the timer rings, avoiding distractions and interruptions.

3.  Take a Short Break: Once the Pomodoro is complete, take a short break (usually 5 minutes) to rest and recharge.

4. Repeat: After the break, start another Pomodoro and continue this cycle. After completing four Pomodoros, take a longer break (around 15-30 minutes).

So the next time you need to study for an exam, or complete assignments at work, try out the Pomodoro Method!
