The mission of KLRN is to open a world of lifelong learning through trustworthy and enriching programs on-air, online and in our community.
MARCH 25, 2020
Dear Teachers and Families,

This week has definitely brought unexpected changes, and in many ways provided opportunities for real life learning on the spot! You have taken on a new role, and should be proud of yourselves and your students. I can tell you I am lucky to work with a great team. Please know that you have us on your team, too and as always, we are glad to help.

We will be sending out daily blog posts with helpful ideas and links and we are continuing to identify resources from PBS Learning Media that you can use in your home-based educational setting. We encourage you to set up your free PBS Learning Media login. Please see the bottom of this page labeled PBS Learning Media Resources and if you need help, please reach out at  rsalinas@klrn.org .  Thank you for what you do. We are here for you.

With Appreciation,
Rachel Salinas
Director of School Services

LEARN WITH MEDIA TRAININGS
PBS Learning Media is free and can be used by anyone, but it was designed with teachers in mind. You can use it with the Remind app, Google classroom, and you can even create folders for your own reference and to share with your students, colleagues, and families.

To help navigate PBS Learning Media and this transition to digital learning, KLRN will be holding 1-hour online training sessions.
