Hello KMMS families,

We are two weeks away from the end of Term 3 and the beginning of spring break. Does anyone believe this was our final snowfall in Wisconsin? You may be experiencing cabin fever, but spring is almost here, which is a jam packed time of the school year. When we return from spring break, it is going to be busy here with state testing, final projects, planning for next year, and end of the year activities.  

As we sprint to the end of the school year, we want our students to remember to treat one another well, to maintain high levels of effort and quality academic work, and to find things they look forward to and enjoy. Personally, I am looking forward to my first spring here in KM, the March Madness tournament, Bucks’ playoffs games, warmer weather, and landscaping projects at our new home. I’d love to hear from your family about what you are looking forward to this spring!

This busy time of the year can bring about a lot of stress. We are here to partner with you to help your student(s) finish the year strong. Please reach out to our student services team if we can be of any assistance.

2023 Carson Scholarship Winner

The Carson Scholars Fund is pleased to announce that KMMS student, Grace D. will receive a $1,000 scholarship award. This money will be invested for Grace's college education. In addition to the scholarship money, she will receive a medal and a certificate. This is the third year in a row that a KMMS student has won this honor.

Grace was chosen because she demonstrated the highest standards of academic achievement, integrity, civic and social responsibility. Congratulations Grace!

for 8th Grade Families

T-shirts for 8th Graders

Every year KMMS PTO has provided each 8th grade student with a traditional class t-shirt. We want to keep this tradition going, but we need your help! 

We are seeking partnerships with local businesses and/or families to help sponsor part of the cost for these shirts. The sponsor name or business logo will be displayed on the back of the shirt below the student names These T-shirts are worn by the students on the annual 8th grade bowling trip and beyond. 

Note that the proceeds raised from these sponsorship donations will help fund 8th grade end of the year activities.

Sentry Receipts

Please collect your Albrect's Sentry receipts to support Kettle Moraine Middle School PTO!

Please send in your Albrect's Sentry receipts throughout the rest of the year. Albrect's Sentry will give back 1% of receipt totals collected. Receipts can be dropped off in the front office in the designated collection container. This is a quick and easy way to support KMMS PTO. Thank you to Albrect's Sentry for supporting our community!

Note: Receipts cannot be older than 6 months to be eligible for the round up.

Jr. Laser Football Fall 2023



Registration is now open for Jr. Laser Football for the fall season.  Anyone interested in playing flag football for grades K-4 and tackle football for grades 5-8 are encouraged to sign up.  Registration deadline is April 7.  Sign up online at www.kettlemorainelaserfootball.com
