YIELD TO INCOMING TRAFFIC

Please be advised that a new sign has been hung at the top of the driveway that states

 "YIELD TO INCOMING TRAFFIC"

For many years there has been a safety concern with our parking lot's incoming and outgoing traffic. Poor design allows for only one way traffic and in the case of an impasse, someone has to give way. Due to safety concerns for those that have to back up into traffic on Montgomery Avenue, the resident business owners have decided to post a new sign asking all visitors exiting the lot to YIELD TO INCOMING TRAFFIC. If find yourself exiting the parking lot and as you get up the hill an incoming vehicle is seen, kindly back up and allow them to pass. It may even save a life or two. Thank you for your co-operation!
