SHIVTI IS BACK
FOR PURIM!
 
Purim is only a few weeks away!
It's always challenging to get into the proper mindset for this exciting Yom tov. We are proud to announce that we will once again hold a 2-part Shivti program for men and boys (through third grade) to help you get into the Purim spirit.
Come to the Kollel for these two Sunday mornings and study about the special mitzvah of mishloach manos. Men will join a group led by Kollel Rabbis, and boys will enjoy a special presentation on the Lower Level each week.

Dates: Sunday, February 26 and Sunday, March 5
8:00 a.m.
Shacharis
8:45 a.m.
 A gourmet breakfast with bagels, pancakes, omelets, and a flavored brewed coffee bar.
Men:
9:20-12:20 a.m.
Chavrusah and Group Learning in Beis Medrash
(based on the renowned Shivti curriculum)
Boys:
9:20-10:20 a.m.
Special presentation on the Lower Level followed by raffle drawings.

  • Bnos of Bala Cynwyd will iy"H meet this Shabbos, Parshas Yisro, Feb. 18th from 3:30pm - 4:30pm at LMS. Please note the NEW time. All girls are invited to a Bnos pre-Purim crafts event on motzai Shabbos, Feb. 18th from 7:15 - 8:30pm at LMS. Current Bnos members free, non-members $5.
     
  • Torah Youth  will NOT meet this Shabbos, Parshas Yisro.
  • Bauminger's Library: The library will once again be open every Wednesday from 7:30 p.m. - 9:00 p.m., at 228 Stoneway Lane, Merion.
