2020 KSBA Annual Conference
Attendee registration is now open
KSBA's 84th Annual Conference will be held February 21-23, 2020 at the Galt House in Louisville , once again bringing together more than 1,000 school board members, superintendents and public education leaders. Registration is now open for conference attendees. Read below for important instructions and details.
Registration Instructions
You are encouraged to register in one of two ways:

  1. Using KSBA's easy online registration form, you can register for the annual conference, select session and meal preferences and provide other important information to maximize your conference experience.
  2. A downloadable/printable registration form (similar to the one sent via mail) is available if your preference is a hard-copy form. This form can then be faxed or emailed to KSBA.

Both of the options listed above are available of the 2020 Annual Conference page of the KSBA website, accessible by clicking the "Register Now" button below.
Hotel Reservations
Due to scheduled renovations at the Galt House, KSBA room blocks will likely fill up very quickly. Please make your hotel reservations as soon as possible. Conference block rooms are available at a special rate until Feb. 7 . After this date, all available conference block rooms will be released.

Student Banner Displays
KSBA has once again invited Kentucky school districts to design banners for display at Annual Conference. The banners are a very important contribution to the conference, reminding attendees of schools’ primary focus -- learning and learners. Ideally, banners can be produced as part of your students’ learning activities. In order to be displayed at the conference, the banner MUST identify the school district and depict the conference theme: "Vision 2020 - Education in Focus."
