2020 KSBA Annual Conference
Exhibitor Information
Mark your calendar to attend KSBA's 84th Annual Conference, February 21-23, 2020 at the Galt House in Louisville . This annual gathering attracts more than 1,000 school board members, superintendents and public education leaders. The conference is also home to KSBA’s largest tradeshow, welcoming nearly 80 exhibitors each year. Our theme for the 2020 conference is "Education is Focus: Vision 2020."

The 2020 conference will be particularly special, as the weekend will serve as the launch of our much-anticipated rebrand. KSBA will be unveiling a new look – logo, colors, tagline, etc. – and we invite you to be part of the celebration. Our launch presents unique opportunities for sponsors and exhibitors, outlined in the email below.

While exhibitor registration for the 2020 Annual Conference will not open until January , we wish to provide some preliminary information to assist with your planning. Opportunities for exhibitors/sponsors have changed, and in many ways expanded, so I encourage you to read the following materials carefully.
How does exhibitor registration work?
Exhibitor registration will open in mid-January. Once you are given access, you will have the opportunity to manually select your booth. Click here for an exhibitor floor plan from last year’s conference. We anticipate a very similar layout this year but are awaiting final confirmation from hotel/conference staff.

Registration this year will once again open on a priority basis. For those unfamiliar with our exhibitor registration system, priority registration is offered to our affiliate members and conference sponsors before it is opened to general exhibitors. As a perk of participation as an affiliate member and/or a conference sponsor, organizations are given access to early registration, ensuring preferred booth location. Here is a sample priority registration schedule, tentatively slated to occur in the second week of January.

Day 1: Priority Registration opens for Tier 1 affiliates and top-level sponsors
Day 2: Priority Registration opens for Tier 2 affiliates and select sponsors
Day 3: Priority Registration opens for Tier 3 affiliates and select sponsors
Day 4: Priority Registration opens for Tier 4 affiliates and select sponsors
Day 5: Registration opens for general exhibitors

If you are not an affiliate member but would like to be included in priority registration, you may opt to serve as a sponsor. General information for sponsorships is available below or view KSBA’s detailed sponsorship guide
Exhibitor Booth Pricing
Exhibitor booth prices vary based on affiliate member status and sponsorships. Please note that most sponsorships earn the sponsor special pricing on booths. Consult the annual conference sponsorship guide for complete details. Exhibitors may choose to select a second adjacent booth, doubling their exhibitor footprint, pending booth availability.

General exhibitors:
$850 per booth
Tier 4 affiliates:
$637 per booth (25% discount)
Tier 3 affiliates:
$425 per booth (50% discount)
Tier 2 affiliates:
free booth (benefit of affiliate status) and 50% off second booth
Tier 1 affiliates:
free booth(benefit of affiliates status) and 50% off second booth
