WHO'S THAT MEMBER BUILDING

What's the deal with this photo? It might drive you crazy thinking of the answer!

The winner of last week's business was Judy Maznio from the Journal Press/Drummer! My parents graduated from what now is the Discovery school and it was my junior high!

What better place to enjoy a cup of coffee and treats than at a place that makes great coffee and treats?

Come meet with other leaders in the community! Did you know they grind their own coffee? That they have a quaint meeting room? That you can enjoy sitting by a fireplace with your cup of joe?

TODAY'S DRIVING SCHOOL
605 Hwy 55 E, Buffalo
320-582-2288

What better way to learn to drive a car then with one on one personalized instruction from a trained and very patient instructor? You've heard on the local news about the wait times at various driving schools around the area and Tim Haas, owner, of Today's Driving School is trying to help offset that!

Students will learn general driving tips, defensive driving skills, safety, and rules of the road. All this makes it easier for mom and dad to have confidence in their children's abilities on the road. Another nice feature Tim includes, is offering up a payment plan. If you have a student driver in your future, give Tim a call!

KRIS DIRKS

New also to our membership is an individual - Kris Dirks! You all know and love her as she is the queen of service and volunteerism around Buffalo!

Kris is a Rotarian, has volunteered with Buffalo Days and the marching bands, was representing her college at the BHS College and Career Fair day and you can find her helping with Toys for Tots and Adopt a Family programs among a host of other things.

Here's a shot of Kris last year on TV when KARE 11 filmed our Kite Festival. Did I mention - she helped put together over 400 kites for the Build a Kite workshop there?

Thanks Kris for all you do for our community!!

ORCHARD VIEW HOMES
GREENBRIAR HILLS DEVELOPMENT
612-207-1377

Orchard View Homes mission is to combine quality, experience, and relationship to expertly build your new home. With a commitment to craftsmanship and partnership, they construct houses that prove to be homes where memories are made. Orchard View offers distinct designs and construction excellence all in an inviting neighborhood community here in Buffalo, currently at the Greenbriar Hills development that we have seen come to fruition this summer north of Buffalo High School.

They are rolling out in 4 phases and when completed will have 214 homes. Many options will be available from single family homes, detached town-homes (bay homes) and villas. Phase 1 is underway, with houses being built now and 7 lot holds that will building on in the next year. Phase 2 will start building in May 2020.

Each home is strategically placed on a walkout or lookout lot designed to enjoy expansive views of rolling hills, wetlands, and open spaces. The community will also have great amenities such as pickle ball courts, apple orchards, vineyard, meandering walking trails and even its own 11 acre wildlife pond.

Stop by their Open Houses: Thursdays from Noon to 6pm and Saturdays and Sundays from Noon to 4pm or by appointment.

Lots start at $65,000 to $75,000 and homes average from the upper $200’s for bay homes and up to $500+ for single family homes. This development is a great addition to our wonderful community!
