President's Message
April is Fair Housing month. Housing is what enables families to feel grounded and provides the foundation for stability and consistency. No one is comfortable when they are the target of discrimination. No one likes to feel excluded from a certain neighborhood; that’s precisely why we must work diligently to eliminate discrimination. Most of you will be renewing your real estate license by the end of this month. Rhode Island has committed to promoting fair housing by requiring all licensees to complete 3 hours of Fair Housing Continuing Education. We are so fortunate to work in the real estate field and to help everyone achieve the American Dream. Let’s work hard to make unfair housing history!
