Annual Election of Association Directors
Pre-Ballot Notice Per Civil Code §5115(b)
Membership Meeting Date: January 15, 2025
In not less than 30 days you will receive a ballot for the above-referenced election. Please take notice of the following important information relative to the handling of ballots for the election to make certain that your ballot is counted.
Deadline for Return of Ballots. For your vote to be counted, your ballot must be returned to the Inspector of Election by 12:00 noon on January 15, 2025. Mail your ballot to Pro Elections, PO Box 390, Murphys CA 95247. For hand delivery: Pro Elections, 635 Bret Harte Lane, Murphy’s CA 95247.
Counting of Ballots. Quorum (10% of membership) will be determined and all ballots for the election will be counted by the Inspector of Election at 7:00pm on January 15, 2025 at the KWPOA Annual Meeting. Members may attend the Annual Meeting either in person at the KWPOA office at 1010 Sir Francis Drake Blvd., Suite 200, Kentfield, California OR online via Zoom as follows:

Candidates on Ballots. There are three board seats up for election. The following individuals are the candidates whose names will appear on the ballot for election:
Verification of voting list information. Members may verify the accuracy of their individual information (such as mailing address) on the Association’s voting list by contacting KWPOA via email at info@kpwoa.com or via telephone at 415-721-7429 no later than November 30, 2024.
