Shabbat keeps us grounded. It helps us mark time, it comforts us, it connects us to our families and generations past, present and future...
Join us to welcome Shabbat!

We continue to come into your homes via Zoom beginning at 5:30 p.m., with Rabbi Sharfman and cantorial soloists Scott Leader and Erica Erman.

A Zoom link will be sent to all congregants. Non-members who wish to join us for Kabbalat Shabbat, please contact Renee for the Zoom link.

June and July birthdays and anniversaries will be celebrated during Kabbalat Shabbat.

We look forward to celebrating the Bat Mitzvah of Ally Melhado on Saturday,
June 5th at 10:00 a.m via Zoom! Please RSVP to info@congregationkehillah.org in order to receive the Zoom link.

Erica and Jared Erman's videos for Shabbat candle lighting, Kiddush, and Motzi

Thank you to Erica and Jared for welcoming us in their home. Erica mentions some of the reasons we have two loaves of challah on Shabbat, to which we add that there are two commandments regarding Shabbat in the Torah: Shamor (Keep Shabbat) and Zachor (Remember Shabbat).

We hear these in L'cha Dodi, too, when we learn that these two commandments were given in one breath!
