Workshop

The Seed Packet Quilt is a pattern from Kaffe Fassett's new book Bold Blooms. It is a simple format composed of various size squares. Large scale floral and vegetable and fruit fabrics are fussy cut for each square. Suitable for all levels.

This is a design class; no sewing will be done.  You will work with your fabrics on the design wall under Kaffe's and Brandon's guidance to create a quilt that expresses your personal vision.


$250 registration includes:

Zig Zag 
or Cool Diamonds Quilt Workshop

Zig Zag is a pattern in the book, Quilts in Italy.   Another pattern that can be done with the same  shape patches is Cool Diamonds in the book, Kaleidoscope of Quilts.  You may  work on  either quilt  in the  class.  All levels.

The class is designed to develop each student's own personal color palette in making their own original design. No sewing takes place during the class. You will be cutting and placing your fabrics on a design wall, which you will take home to create your own quilt. Kaffe and Brandon will be spending time with each student, giving guidance and instruction on color placement.

Lecture:  no refunds will be given; however if you are unable to attend for some reason, we will hold your copy of Quilts in Italy  for you.
Classes:  No refunds will be given unless the class is full and we are able to fill your spot from the waiting list.  In that case, your registration fee will be refunded less a $50 processing fee.
