Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)

To further protect sensitive referral information and strengthen system security, IRIS now requires Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) for all users. MFA adds an extra layer of protection by requiring users to verify their identity using both their IRIS username and password and a verification code generated through an authenticator app, such as Duo, Google Authenticator, or Microsoft Authenticator.

This enhancement supports current data security standards and helps safeguard confidential information from unauthorized access.
