Kane County IRIS Community

Quarterly Newsletter

March 2025

Greetings Kane County IRIS Users!

The Kane County IRIS community came together on March 17th, 2026, for our Year 5, quarterly meeting. If you couldn’t attend, you can catch up by reviewing the slide deck, which highlights top referring agencies, Year 5, Quarter 4 (October 2025–December 2025) data, and key discussion topics from the meeting. You can also watch the Zoom recording for full context.

During the Zoom meeting, participants reviewed key data from Year 5, Quarter 4 (October–December 2025) through an IRIS Data Dashboard discussion and shared the new early childhood pipeline in partnership with U-46 and local early childcare providers. The group also highlighted top referring and referral agencies, celebrated collective wins, and reviewed updates to onboarding materials, including a new training video in Spanish.

Participants engaged in meaningful partner feedback discussions, helping to inform ongoing collaboration and strengthen future IRIS efforts.

Be sure to view the complete slide deck for a detailed overview.

Onboarding Supports

The IRIS onboarding document and new user tutorial are designed to support organizations during staff onboarding and transitions. These resources provide quick access to key tools, explain the basics of IRIS, and offer step-by-step guidance to help users get started effectively. The new user tutorial is also available in Spanish to increase accessibility and better support our Spanish-speaking partners. Both resources can be found in the Community Documents section on IRIS for easy access.
