Greetings Kane County IRIS Users!

The Kane County IRIS community came together on September 23, 2025, to celebrate Year 5 Quarter 1! If you couldn’t attend, you can catch up by reviewing the slide deck, which showcases five years of IRIS connection and collaboration.

As of September 22, 2025, our Kane County IRIS network has facilitated an impressive 13,678 referrals!
Through the slide deck, you can explore how these referrals were sent, accepted, and completed, providing a clear view of our community’s ongoing collaboration and impact.

Spotlighting Top Referral Agencies

A special shoutout to our Top Referral Agencies this quarter — Kane County iGrow and the Family Service Association of Greater Elgin! These dedicated partners have gone above and beyond in connecting families to essential services and strengthening collaboration across our IRIS network. We’re grateful for their continued commitment to building a more connected, supportive community in Kane County!

Thank you for your collaboration in ensuring families receive the support they need!

Our IRIS community now includes 250 partners representing multiple sectors — including behavioral health, primary care, dental, parenting resources, substance use services, basic needs (such as food, clothing, and emergency shelter), senior services, juvenile and adult probation, early childhood, K–12 education, youth support, veteran services, and more.
