Kane County IRIS Community

Year 5 Quarter 3 Newsletter:

December 2025

Greetings Kane County IRIS Users!

The Kane County IRIS community came together on December 12, 2025, for our Year 5, quarterly meeting. If you couldn’t attend, you can catch up by reviewing the slide deck, which highlights top referring agencies, Year 5, Quarter 3 (July–September) data, and key discussion topics from the meeting.

During the Zoom meeting, participants reviewed data through an IRIS Dashboard discussion and engaged in meaningful conversations around community standards, best practices when reaching out to vulnerable populations, and partner feedback. These discussions helped inform ongoing collaboration and future IRIS efforts.

Be sure to view the complete slide deck for a detailed overview

Community Standards & How to Find Them

  • Protecting privacy is critical to maintaining trust, safety, and autonomy—especially for vulnerable populations who may face risks such as fear of retribution, safety concerns, or loss of control if personal information is exposed.
  • This protocol was community-informed, shaped by input from the Kane County System of Care Parent Council and AOK Parent Ambassadors through meaningful family engagement and feedback.
  • The Community Standards Addendum: Best Practices When Referring Vulnerable Populations is available under Community Documents and includes guidance on anonymizing identifiers and key themes identified by families.

Check out the slide deck for more info.
