The Progress Report:
This week's post in The Progress Report is all about podcasting. Katie thought the best way to discuss podcasting would be by hosting our very own podcast regarding the topic.

The Progress Report is a collaborative discussion space for professional learning. Each post is written by Katie Algrim, the ROE's Director of Innovative Professional Learning. If there are any topics that you would like to see a post on,  please contact Katie Algrim.

Operation Snowball
Kane County ROE supports Operation Snowball to bring together high school youth and caring adults to develop a trusting relationship. It is founded on the belief that youth and adults can make responsible decisions when provided with factual information and an opportunity to develop an understanding of one’s self and others.

Trust is not a matter of technique, but of character. You are trusted because of your way of being, not because of your polished exteriors. This past weekend, Operation Snowball spent the weekend at Lorado Taft in Oregon, IL. Weekends like these help build the foundation of our youth's character.
